Ruth Parnall and Virginia Sullivan have put together a wonderful book entitled The Story of the Glover Elementary School Courtyard. A copy of this large-format book is in the Glover School Library, so check it out when you get a chance. Until then, we've put together many of the book's sections in a series of web pages. The three major sections are accessed through the buttons below. The first is the Plan Features which describes the different areas of the courtyard. The second is a Plant List for all the vegetation that will eventually make its way into the courtyard. The last section contains the Development Phases which outline how the evolution of the courtyard will progress. Come back and read the epilogue when you've finished. Enjoy! |
